Dear Community Partners, Friends, and Family,
We are extremely proud to report that we no longer have any active cases of COVID-19 in our building. All staff and residents have undergone testing and have received at least two successive negative results!
We are incredibly blessed to have such amazing and dedicated staff who truly have a heart of care and compassion. We truly work with the best of the best!
We have won the current battle against COVID-19, but we understand that we are still in a time of ‘war’ against this virus. We will continue to be hyper-vigilant when it comes to infection control and protecting our residents and staff. We also continue to hold ourselves to the highest of standards by meeting or exceeding directives by the CDC, CMS, Texas HHSC and our Local Health Department.
We are also proud to announce that we are admitting patients again, including COVID-transitional patients. (Must have received at least two negative tests before admission). We’re looking forward to sharing our experience with this illness and translating it into continued exceptional care for our community. We have developed a highly effective Infection Control Clinical Pathway, which is evidenced by significant clinical metrics. We can demonstrate the competency of this vital clinical skill from data in our clinical platform.
